Changes to payments and services are expected over the long weekend, with all service centres and most phone lines closed from Friday, April 2, before reopening on Tuesday, April 6.
Customers can report early for advanced payments by reporting what they expect to be paid, or alternatively report after the assessment period, but be paid after reporting.
Customers have up to 14 days to correct mistakes to estimations.
Self-service options, including Express Plus mobile apps, phone self-service lines and online accounts will be available throughout this period.
Meanwhile there will be no changes to Child Support arrangements, though payments made after Thursday, April 1, may be delayed as financial institutions close for the public holidays.
People can also continue to claim Medicare benefits at their doctor's, or using self-service.
Critical services for Medicare providers such as organ donor and PBS authorities will remain available over this period.
