On Thursday, March 27, Rochester Joey and Cub Scouts attended the Rochester RSL to learn more about Anzac Day and how the RSL supports veterans and their families.

Rochester RSL Sub-Branch president John Roberts hosted the activity, which resulted in 16 Joey and Cub Scouts earning the ‘Their Service, Our Heritage’ badge.

The Cubs finished the evening with the investiture ceremony of their newest member, Ricky Hoog.
Ricky has joined the pack after attending a recent bring a friend night and is very proud to be a uniformed member of the enthusiastic and capable group.

Rochester Scouts will take part in the Rochester Anzac Day march and commemorative service.
The group is always looking for young people who want to have fun and adventure to come and join in the Scouting experience.
