Fifteen regional health service managers from Rochester and Elmore, Cohuna, Echuca and Kyabram graduated from a Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE leadership program earlier this month.
The program was aimed at developing leadership attributes and management skills among aspirational and emerging leaders — creating organisational and culturally empowered leaders.
GoTAFE led participants to reconnect with their own leadership strengths and hone their skills as sustainable leaders of the future.
The course content was developed and directed to include existing and emerging leaders looking to build strong leadership skills and collaborative relationships to lead and manage effectively in the rapidly changing health service environment.
