She has delved into the world of cryptocurrency and NFTs, and is always looking for a new thing to pique her interest.
“I could easily stay at home playing cards, which I do love, but there’s so much to do and see,” Ms Glasson said.
“I want to share this knowledge because I know it can help others just as it has helped me.”
When the pandemic hit, Ms Glasson seized the opportunity for personal growth, immersing herself in online self-development and life-coaching courses.
This dedicated pursuit fundamentally transformed her thinking, and now she feels her brain is functioning better than ever.
With over 30 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse in Shepparton, Ms Glasson has seen the full spectrum of human experiences.
After her nursing career, Ms Glasson took charge of her daughter’s art supply shop, Glasson’s Art World, which thrived in Mooroopna and later on High St in Shepparton.
The shop became a hub for workshops conducted by artists from Victoria and NSW.
Currently, Ms Glasson holds workshops at the retirement club Goulburn Valley U3A and volunteers at the automotive museum MOVE.
Now, she aims to establish her own workshop series.
Ms Glasson’s commitment to healthy eating transformed her mental clarity and overall wellbeing.
Feeling sharper than ever with an improved memory, she exudes a renewed sense of self.
She attributes this transformation to her studies and a profound shift in her mindset.
Reflecting on her past, Ms Glasson said that her need for control as a single mother often proved negative and unnecessary.
“Looking back, I wasn't happy, and I didn't think I was worthy or enough,” she said.
“But now, I can confidently say that I am enough, I have as much right to be here as anyone else, and I possess real value.
“Unfortunately, many people don’t believe in their own worth — they invest in their appearance but hesitate to invest in themselves.”
Motivated by her coaching experiences and personal growth, Ms Glasson is determined to inspire and positively influence others.
She has launched Unstoppable You, a transformative six-week course commencing in June at 14 Esson St, Shepparton.
Priced at $247, the course offers participants the opportunity to reshape their thinking and embrace personal growth.
