Green Pedal’s Bike to Winery Tour takes you to the stunning Moama Beach and Horseshoe Lagoon, before arriving at St Anne’s Winery and Cellar Door in the heart of the Perricoota wine district.
“We ride across the new Echuca-Moama Bridge, basically riding beside the tree tops with a view of the Murray, it’s quite an experience,” tour coordinator David Suzanna said.
“People stop and take photos at the top, it’s something new.
“Then on the way back we visit the Moama Beach, a lovely bike trail that’s shaded by the river red gums.
“We share the history about Echuca-Moama and the wharf on the way back.”
St Anne's is nestled among the vineyards overlooking a lake, where you can enjoy complimentary wine tasting of beautiful whites, full-bodied reds and luscious fortified wines at Moama’s award-winning winery.
Rich in history, St Anne’s Winery’s Moama Cellar Door was constructed using the rare but traditional rammed-earth technique.
St Anne's also has an amazing range of chocolate liqueurs from Echuca Chocolate Company, and has great coffee from beans roasted locally.
The tour starts at 1.30pm on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, running for about 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
If the weather isn't good enough for riding, or you cancel within 48 hours prior to the tour, you’ll also receive a full refund.
