After years at Fix, where she developed strong relationships with clients, Ingrid ventured out on her own.
“I realised the growing demand for pilates and wanted to create a space that truly supports my clients,” Ingrid said.
This led her to secure a spacious studio equipped with six reformers, allowing for intimate and focused classes.
At Balance Studio Tatura, Ingrid offers personalised pilates and myotherapy services.
Her classes cater to all levels, from beginners to intermediates, emphasising proper technique and body awareness.
“Reformer pilates is fantastic for strengthening your core and preventing injuries,” she said.
Her therapy background enriches her teaching, integrating injury prevention techniques and educating clients about their bodies.
Ingrid’s myotherapy services focus on holistic muscle care.
Using techniques like massage, dry needling, and cupping, she tailors’ treatments to individual needs.
“It’s about empowering clients to understand their bodies and giving them the tools to manage their health,” Ingrid said.
“The first treatment typically involves a thorough assessment, to develop a customised plan.”
As she prepares for a soft launch at the end of November in the new IGA development, Ingrid is excited to offer a selection of free introductory classes throughout December.
“This is a great chance for the community to experience my approach to wellness first hand,” she said.
With plans for a full schedule and flexible classes starting in January, Ingrid is eager to welcome new and returning clients.
Her commitment to creating a supportive environment sets Balance Studio Tatura apart from other studios.
Stay tuned for updates on her website and social media as she opens her doors.
