Lehrmann, Wilkinson and Brittany Higgins have all spent multiple days in the witness box since the Federal Court trial began on November 22.
Lehrmann claims Wilkinson and Ten defamed him by reporting Ms Higgins' claim she was sexually assaulted by a colleague in Senator Linda Reynolds' office in 2019, an allegation he has consistently denied.
Queensland Liberal National Party MP Sam O'Connor is expected to give evidence on Monday about Ms Higgins disclosing the alleged rape to him in April 2019.
Ms Higgins worked for Mr O'Connor as she began moving through the ranks as a political staffer with a goal of being a media adviser, she previously told the trial.
Network Ten executive producers Christopher Bendall and Sarah Thornton, as well as editorial consultant Peter Meakin, are also scheduled in the witness box to detail how Wilkinson's report on The Project in 2021 came to air.
They could provide answers for certain decisions made when Wilkinson said she was working on "other elements" of the program.
"Things were being kept from me because they were being decided by people more senior than me in the team," Wilkinson told the trial.
She denied The Project was "going through the motions" when it approached Lehrmann for comment on a Friday afternoon with a deadline of 10am Monday.
"I believed 80 hours before broadcast to be a very fair and reasonable time for Mr Lehrmann to respond to us," Wilkinson said.
Lehrmann stood trial in the ACT Supreme Court charged with raping Ms Higgins, but it was derailed by juror misconduct.
Prosecutors did not seek a second trial, citing concerns for Ms Higgins' mental health.
He has been charged with allegedly raping another woman twice in Toowoomba in October 2021 and remains before Queensland courts.
He has not yet entered a plea but lawyers have indicated he denies that allegation.
