Police were called to the property on Saturday night after a noise complaint and allegedly found the 18-year-old girl along with about 12 other girls and boys.
“When police arrived, several of them jumped the fence and took off,” Leading Senior Constable Allan Foskett of Echuca police said.
He said he believed there was no parent at the house.
The teenage girl was fined $1652 in breach of the Victorian Chief Health Officer directions.
The fine is one of about four infringements issued in Echuca since the COVID-19 restrictions were enforced in March.
Another party held at a Docklands short-term rental property on Thursday, July 9, saw 10 people fined.
After responding to a noise complaint, police found 10 people in breach of the restrictions and were fined.
Upon further investigation, police identified another 24 people who were at the apartment who were also fined.
Police also issued the owner of the apartment, who rented it out while fully aware of the restrictions, with an infringement notice for breaching the directions.
