EARLIER: AN ECHUCA tradie has had his ute stolen from outside a business early Wednesday.
Curtis Hayes’ white Ford Courier was parked out the front of BuildPro in McMillan Rd about 5am on September 2.
CCTV showed an unidentified man hot-wiring the ute before driving off towards KFC.
Curtis said he used the car to get to and from work.
“I have to use my mum's car now,” he said.
“It's more of an inconvenience than anything.
“It's just annoying that you can't leave your car somewhere without it being stolen.”
Curtis said the car had been seen on Thursday morning in High St and Ogilvie Ave.
“I just want it back. No questions asked,” he said.
Police are investigating and are appealing to the public for information.
Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has information can contact Echuca police on 5483 1500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
