The hospital partnered with Vivid to move into its building in Echuca south, at the former site of the specialist school.
“We are very grateful to Vivid and in particular chief executive Scott Alexander for partnering with ERH to support the COVID-19 vaccination rollout within our community,” ERH chief executive Nick Bush said.
“We will continue to provide updates, increase booking spaces and widen eligibility for our community to receive Pfizer as supply is received.
“We anticipate by August we will be able to extend our program in line with supply coming into Australia.”
ERH is administering first and second doses of Pfizer and AstraZeneca to eligible groups within the community.
With the anticipated increase in supply over the coming weeks following recent announcements, ERH is forward planning for an increase in demand as the rollout extends to additional age groups.
“To date over 7500 vaccines have been administered across the community to eligible groups,” Mr Bush said.
“We are gearing up for a busy few weeks ahead as people eligible for their second dose continue to receive them, and announcements are expected to increase those eligible to receive Pfizer once the Federal Government receive additional supply,” Mr Bush said.
Vivid chief executive Scott Alexander said they were delighted to partner with ERH and offer their resources to help boost capacity to deliver COVID-19 vaccinations in the community.
“Vaccination means outbreaks are less likely and in turn, the risk of border closures and decreased tourism in our region become less likely,” he said.
“We’re pleased to play our part in what is a crucially important public health campaign.”
The clinic is open on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Bookings are not required for the AstraZeneca vaccine which is offered to people aged over 60.
The site is located just past the Echuca United Football Club, with signage at the High St entrance.
Other health services are also administering COVID-19 vaccines. These can be found by visiting covid-vaccine.healthdirect.gov.au/eligibility?lang=en
