Best-selling book The 13-Storey Treehouse is coming to life at Riverlinks Eastbank Centre in Shepparton on Thursday, March 31.
The award winning tale by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton has been adapted for the stage through physical theatre, puppetry and music.
Riverlinks venues manager Ken Cameron said the education series was a great way to put on performances for schools and families to enjoy.
“Audiences will go on a journey through the stories of The 13-Storey Treehouse, with flying cats, mermaids, sea monsters, an invasion of monkeys and a giant gorilla, using their imagination to bring these stories to life,” he said.
“With the same feeling as the book, this performance is all about having fun and bringing our crazy ideas to life.
“We look forward to watching this performance unfold on the Eastbank stage.”
The 13-Storey Treehouse performance is on at Riverlinks Eastbank Centre at 10.30am on Thursday, March 31, for children aged six to 12 and their accompanying adults.
Tickets are $10.50 and available online or through the Riverlinks box office on 5832 9511.
