Charles L King First National director Troy O’Brien said the team was excited to have supported 53 buyers to secure a block of land to build their dream home.
He said the pre-sale registrations and build-up to Saturday was an enormous amount of work for all involved, with more than 220 inquiries and 50 pre-registrations before the day.
‘‘We sold 42 blocks in one-and-a-half hours on Saturday,” Mr O'Brien said.
Interested buyers keen to secure land had to register via a structured pre-release program for an allocated number to claim their block of choice on the day, if it was still available.
“We took a very strategic approach to the release of the estate to not only provide the best outcome for our owners but also to be very fair and transparent with our buyers — the pre-sale registration process was a first for the area and proved very successful,” he said.
“Blocks of land are very hard to secure now in Echuca-Moama and we are grateful for the opportunity to assist the developers to achieve success in selling all of stage one and two.
“We have been involved in land sales for many years here in Echuca-Moama and were excited about the upcoming stage releases at The Range, as well as additional developments over the Murray River in Echuca.’’
The Range is next door to Rich River Golf Club, with blocks ranging in size from 846 to 1418 sqm.
Stage three is set to be released shortly.
