Attempted break-in under investigation

“It is believed two boys were attempting to break into the Pakenham St premises, just before 3am,” they said.

The spokesperson said a male staying within the premises confronted the group and sustained a laceration to the face.

“The man did not require medical treatment,’’ they said.

The unknown persons fled the scene.
