On Saturday, the side broke through for its first win of the season after overcoming Mathoura by 17 shots.
The home side was in control for most of the day winning two out of three rinks with the other drawn.
Echuca’s John Dinsdale said he was pleased to see his side get off the mark.
“It’s always nice when you can break the duck,” he said.
“The conditions were a little tough because of how strong the wind was but it was the same for everyone so I can’t complain.
“Hopefully we can create a little momentum going forward now.”
Dinsdale was part of the rink which drew with Mathoura and he said it was a positive result considering it was a different looking team.
“We had to make a few changes because a couple of our players had other commitments,” he said.
“The game was so close we had to call the umpire in to decide who the winners were.
“It was an exciting end to the day’s play.”
