Double birthday celebration for two of Echuca’s finest paddlesteamers

The Port of Echuca was the venue as two of the region’s renowned paddlesteamers celebrated historic birthdays. The Alexander Arbuthnot turned 100, while the PS Canberra turned 110. The evening featured speeches from guests including members of the Arbuthnot family, Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh and Campaspe Port Enterprise chief executive officer Mark Francis. Riverine Herald photographer Aidan Briggs was in attendance to capture the wonderful evening.
