Echuca Mitsubishi has supplied local disability support provider Vivid with a new loan car to assist in transporting participants around.

The donation will provide Vivid participants with access to their services, appointments and activities using their new Outlander.

The Vivid work crew has partnered with Echuca Mitsubishi since 2016, working in the car yard to help wash vehicles.

Vivid chief executive Scott Alexander is thrilled with the donation and appreciates Echuca Mitsubishi for the opportunities provided to the organisation.

“This collaboration exemplifies the power of community-driven initiatives in fostering inclusivity and empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives,” he said.

“We are immensely grateful to Echuca Mitsubishi for their unwavering support and commitment to our mission to create a community where people of all abilities thrive.”

The work team presented handmade gifts by day program participants to Echuca Mitsubishi as a token of their gratitude for the donation.

Dealer principal Garet Stobaus is proud of the collaboration with Vivid and happy to support the team.

“At Echuca Mitsubishi, we believe in the importance of giving back to our community, and we are honoured to contribute to such a worthy cause,” he said.

“We are delighted to partner with Vivid to positively impact the lives of people with disability in our community.”
