Despite some confusion in the past week, the winner still hasn’t been found, according to The Lott.
“We’re urging all players who purchased a Set for Life ticket from Echuca Square Lotto to check their tickets as soon as possible,” The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsey said.
“Players can check their tickets online at thelott.com (or) via The Lott app, or in store at their local retail outlet.
“If you do realise you’re holding the winning entry, please call us on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
The first instalment of $20,000 would have landed in the winner’s bank account on Monday, with the 15th of each month marking pay day for more than 70 Set for Life winners nationally.
Echuca Square Lotto co-owner Gavin Sullivan said he was eagerly waiting for the winner to come forward.
“We are still so excited about this win and we just want the winner to be able to start enjoying their prize,” he said.
“We can imagine it will certainly be a day they will remember for ever.”
The ticket was the only division one-winning entry nationally in the Set for Life draw on Friday, January 22.
As the entry is unregistered, there is no way to contact the winner.
The winning numbers were 8, 35, 23, 30, 41, 34 and 16, with supplementary numbers of 40 and 6.
