Chris Pitt, who specialises in luxury hospitality, has been a private chef for more than a decade, and has now been appointed as the food and beverage manager at Trawool.
“Coming from a background being a chef and delivering high-end service, I strive to be able to deliver this to our community through the events we hold,” Mr Pitt said.
“I have been a private chef for over 10 years and quickly realised that my absolute love was providing guests with top-notch services, and I then transitioned to more of a customer-facing role.
“I now lead a dedicated team to provide fantastic service here at Trawool Estate.”
Mr Pitt’s new role puts him at the forefront of hospitality at Trawool, with his role being to oversee the operations of the range of restaurants, bars, kitchens and catering services at the estate.
Mr Pitt said he was looking forward to creating a fantastic experience for locals.
“I hope to bring an enhanced dining experience to our local community and beyond,” Mr Pitt said.
“To be able to give the community a fantastic experience not too far from home, that is unmatched.”
Dining at Trawool is an experience unlike anything else.

From April to June, Mr Pitt is offering a special deal.
For bookings of four plus people in the Turbine Restaurant, a complimentary bottle of house prosecco, moscato or pinot noir will be available for the table.
