Former Echuca local flies high to document bridge progress

Despite now living in Geelong, Scott is always in contact with his parents who live in the twin towns trying to find out the latest news.

But on Sunday, October 4 Scott was in town himself and he took to the skies to see just how the new Echuca-Moama bridge project was progressing.

He was able to capture a beautiful panoramic view with his drone which shows just how far the project has come.

“We were stopping in to see my parents and I thought I would grab the drone out because it was such a nice day,” Scott said.

“It’s amazing how far it has come since I was last here. I love the Murray River because I do my own fishing show on YouTube.

“I thought taking some photos and video would be something nice to share with my friends on Facebook.

“I’m thinking I might turn the videos into a small montage explaining where places are for people who might not be too familiar with the area.”
