Notable personalities Andrew Furphy and Shepparton Heritage Centre life member Peter Ford were the guest speakers of the evening.
The event was graced by prominent figures in Shepparton, including City of Greater Shepparton councillor Ben Ladson, who served as the event’s emcee.
Mayor Shane Sali cut the ribbon to open the centre’s exhibition, which showcased the building’s rich history over the past 150 years.
State Member for Shepparton Kim O’Keeffe presented a congratulatory plaque to the SHC president Geoff Maynard and life member Peter Ford, honouring their contributions to preserving the building’s illustrious past.
Foresters Hall has been an integral part of Shepparton’s history, and its 150th anniversary celebration was a fitting tribute to the building’s significance in the city.
