Or even making the decision to go back to study and change your career.
But La Trobe University, in partnership with St Joseph's College Echuca, has got just the event to put your mind at ease.
On Monday, May 24, you can head to the Rich River Golf Club and see what La Trobe has to offer.
“We want to have an event where either students or community members can get all the information they need to make decisions on their futures,” St Joseph's College pathways co-ordinator Beth Crossman said.
“A few of us from the school went to a function with La Trobe about 12 months ago and we had the conversation about bringing an event to Echuca-Moama.
“Usually you would have multiple institutions and organisations all together, but sometimes that can be a bit overwhelming.”
During the afternoon, you can have face-to-face conversations with industry professionals and get a taste of different courses and options.
“We will also have presentations from people who work in the criminology sector or nursing areas who will be able to tell you all about the courses and their workloads,” Ms Crossman said.
“You'll be able to explore the large range of course offerings available at one La Trobe's regional or metro campuses and have all your questions answered on Aspire, Regional Benefits, pathways and more.”
The event isn't just for Echuca-Moama either.
“The expo is open to students and community members in Rochester, Cohuna and all over the area, and we're hoping to get as many participants as possible.”
