The Light the Sky Festival is expecting around 1200 guests to herald in the new year with live music, food trucks, bars, and midnight fireworks.
Two stages will host Shepparton rockers JB and Me, and the new Sensational 80s Tribute Show from Melbourne will return to the 18th hole stage with their popular act.
Last year’s event saw over 600 attendees jiving to throwback hits, and sold out around 10 days before New Year’s Eve.
Rich River’s Shane Gloury said last year he hoped the event would continue to grow as its reputation increased.
Light the Sky will open its gates from 7pm on Tuesday, December 31, with music starting from 8pm and continuing until 1am at Twenty Four Lane, Moama.
Some chairs will be provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own or a blanket, although event organisers said they cannot guarantee a position to see the stage.
