A man has been charged after several cannabis plants were found by police at a residential property in Kyabram.

At about 10.10am on Sunday, June 23, Kyabram police with the assistance of Rochester police conducted a search warrant on a Lynton Cres property.
Leading Senior Constable Corey Wild said “several small cannabis plants” were found at the property.
The owner of the property, a 46-year-old man, arrived shortly after the warrant was executed.
The man was charged with cultivating a narcotic plant and possessing cannabis, Leading Sen Constable Wild said.
The man was questioned at Kyabram Police Station before being released pending his court appearance.
A court date has not been set.
