Hard work pays off: Year 5/6 awards for outstanding effort and achievement went to Ava Wardlaw and Georgie Taylor, while Katelyn Eddy won the academic excellence award.
Mathoura Public School held its annual presentation evening on Wednesday, December 13.
Well done: Sophie Eddy received the years 2/3/4 academic excellence award and Bindi Taylor was recognised for her outstanding effort and achievement.

Every student was acknowledged with a certificate for successfully completing the year of education.

Four awards were then presented for each class. Congratulations to all award recipients.

Also presented on the evening, were two art awards — K/1/2 to Charli Scaletti and 3/4/5/6 to Chad Ward.

Following the awards presentation, the 2024 school captains were announced.
