The foundation of the milestone home in Echuca has been laid, and framing is nearing completion.
Metricon’s regional north team members and first-time homebuyer Maddison Flannigan marked this achievement at the construction site of her Avery 27 Pinnacle home.
Metricon regional north manager Tania Tonks expressed her excitement at the milestone.
“At Metricon, we have a proud 48-year history of designing and building innovative, quality homes for every type of homebuyer and budget,” she said.
“Since starting operations in regional Victoria in 2000, Metricon has become the preferred home builder in the region.
“Our commitment is to design contemporary homes that evolve with Australia’s changing lifestyle and environmental needs.
“It’s exhilarating to see 14,000 customers experience this difference, a number equivalent to the entire population of Echuca.”
Metricon’s reach in regional Victoria spans across Geelong, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Echuca, Gippsland, Philip Island, Bendigo and Ballarat.
The company has built homes for thousands of families and created jobs for thousands of locals.

“Our future construction pipeline in regional Victoria is strong.
“There is continued demand for quality home builds, and our commitment to innovation and customer service will enable our continued leadership in the regional home-building arena.
