Moama Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a single-vehicle rollover that occurred on Sunday, January 8, on Barmah Rd, Moama.
The driver, who was on a refugee visa, was taken to Deniliquin Hospital. Blood tests were taken there to determine whether the driver was over the prescribed alcohol limit.
Insp Huggett said no-one was injured in the rollover but police were still investigating how it occurred.
Police are currently awaiting blood test results and reviewing whether the driver had an eligible licence before determining if there will be any charges.
