The Moama RSL has adopted a new look with the installation of Australian-themed carpet.

Moama RSL chief executive Ashley Menzies said the carpet was long overdue for a change.
“The old carpet had been in place for about 16 years. We had been meaning to replace it for quite a while but with COVID-19 constraints, it just became too difficult,” he said.
Mr Menzies said the concept behind the Australian native floral theme was that it connected with the outside environment.

“The idea actually came as a recommendation from our architect who pitched a few ideas to us, but we felt that this was the theme that best suited who we are and where we are situated,” he said.
Moama RSL will also soon upgrade its furniture.
“We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade, improve and refresh the club for our customers as best we can and this is just one of those ways,” Mr Menzies said.
