Mediums, healers, psychics and tarot readers both local and from out of town will be on hand, as well as an array of spiritual and wellbeing products.
Market manager Grace Pryor encouraged the community to come together with like-minded people at the event.
“Come along and support your local businesses,” Ms Pryor said.
“These are beautiful people whose businesses are helping a lot of people who are suffering through mental health, coming out of COVID-19 and realigning with the community again.”
So, what will be on offer at the expo?
“You name it,” Ms Pryor said.
Workshops will be held throughout the day, with meditation and a tarot reader among the presenters.
Soul healing, spiritual guidance, Reiki and palmistry will be on offer.
Products range from jewellery, bags and candles to smudge sticks, nutritional dog and cat treats, and mental health and new age products.
“We’ve got a 100 per cent Aboriginal business called Amorettan; she’s got body balms, organic teas, handmade soaps and more,” Ms Pryor said.
It’s the first time the expo is being held in Shepparton after it was cancelled in 2021 due to COVID-19, but Ms Pryor said it would not be the last.
The Shepparton Spiritual and Wellbeing Expo will run from 9.30am to 4pm on Saturday, October 1 at the GV Hotel, 223 High St, Shepparton.
Entry is $5 cash at the door, with Lifestyle Markets Australia fundraising to support regional and rural youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The not-for-profit organisation also runs the Shepparton Showgrounds Farmers’, Specialty and Trash and Treasure market on the fourth Saturday of every month.
