A woman and her two dogs were rescued near Picnic Point on Tuesday, April 22, after her boat started taking on water.

A volunteer crew from Moama, aboard Marine Rescue NSW vessel X20, assisted NSW Police in helping the woman after the boat became disabled on the Murray River, north of Picnic Point.
The vessel was towed back to the Picnic Point boat ramp.
Marine Rescue NSW is a volunteer-based not-for-profit professional organisation dedicated to keeping boaters safe on the water and supporting local communities.
