Iconic food and wine festival Tastes of the Goulburn is locked in for Saturday, April 29, and ready to celebrate 20 years of good food, wine and fun times.
After being postponed from its original October 2022 date due to extensive flooding in the region, the food and wine festival will make its return with more than 50 vendors and entertainers.
Attendees can wander down Seymour’s Station St sampling and chatting to the best winemakers and producers from the region.
Renowned chefs will demonstrate delicious recipes in the Producer’s Kitchen and there will be plenty of beer and wine tastings.
Radio personality, voice artist and writer Ben Sorensen will bring a cultured and flamboyant edge to the festival, providing laughs in his role as event MC.
A $35 ticket to the event includes a complimentary wine tasting glass for the free beer and wine tasting, a specially designed tote bag for the first 1000 tickets sold and live entertainment.
Providing the perfect chance for Melburnians to acquaint themselves with the region, a vintage steam train will be travelling from Southern Cross Station to the event’s doorstep, alighting at Seymour’s unique railway station.
