Both vehicle operators have since been arrested and charged, with the motorcycle rider refused bail pending a court appearance.
Police attempted to stop a motorcycle being ridden in Cressy St, Deniliquin about 8am Tuesday.
A pursuit was initiated, and police allege the rider still did not stop.
The pursuit was stopped a short time later in George St, Deniliquin.
Police spoke with a woman who had been a passenger behind the rider, and following further inquiries, a 30 year-old man was arrested at a Deniliquin home about 9am.
The man was taken to the Deniliquin Police Station and charged with police pursuit not stop and drive dangerously, unlicenced rider, and hinder police.
The man was refused bail to appear in court.
On Wednesday, a pursuit was initiated after police attempted to stop a car being driven in Victoria St, Deniliquin about 6pm.
The vehicle was followed in Victoria St, Coborro St and River St before the vehicle was stopped in Victoria St.
A 40-year-old woman was issued a court attendance notice for the offence of police pursuit not stop and drive dangerously, and will appear at Deniliquin Court in June.
