It was a busy weekend for emergency services who were called out to a possible trapped driver after a car ran off the Murray Valley Hwy on March 12.
The vehicle ran off the highway, careered across the wide reserve where the highway veers left towards Echuca.
The vehicle stopped when it hit a fence.
Fortunately, the vehicle just missed hitting any trees, which were found on either side of the vehicle.
The driver was missing from the vehicle when first responders arrived, but another person who had been in the vehicle was still at the scene.
It took about half an hour before the scene was declared safe and normal before traffic conditions resumed.
The incident occurred near the intersection at Mitchell Rd.
Echuca CFA, Ambulance Victoria, Echuca-Moama Search and Rescue and Echuca Police were all in attendance.
