Wharf hosts Beefsteak and Burgundy Club event

Organising committee: Echuca’s Beefsteak and Burgundy Club went through an exhaustive process to win the rights to host the national conference. The men behind the work were Danny Lavery, Athol “Doc” McDonald, Dean Oberin, Doug Goldsworthy, Dick Phillips, Tony Lawler and Stuart Coombs.
On the wharf: Nicky and Chris Roberts with Anne Martin and Brett Sonnberger, who travelled from Horsham to attend the 2022 Echuca Beefsteak and Burgundy Convention.
Food and wine fans: Keith and Janet Schultz with Jennifer Duggan and Sandra McDonald prior to the first of six courses being delivered to the 160 guests.

Echuca Wharf provided an idyllic setting for the staging of the 2022 national convention of the Beefsteak and Burgundy Club — a selection of Victorian wines accompanying an impressive menu.
