Spies in Disguise (PG) school holiday movie and activity
Where: Shepparton Library, 41 Marungi St, Shepparton
When: Thursday, June 29, 6pm to 8.30pm
Cost: Free
When the world’s best spy is turned into a pigeon, he must rely on his nerdy tech officer to save the world. Activity starts at 6pm and the movie screens at 7pm.
Fruits of the Valley Cyclo-Cross
Where: 96 Packham St, Shepparton
When: Saturday July 1, 1pm to 10pm and Sunday, July 2, 8am to 5pm

Shepparton Cycling Club is hosting a two-day event at Shepparton Velodrome and BMX Facility for people of all skill levels, from elite to junior.
No Time to Waste
Where: McIntosh Centre, Shepparton Showgrounds, Thompson St, Shepparton
When: Thursday, July 6, 10am to 2pm
Cost: Free
This free event features a number of fun activities for kids to join and participate in while also learning about waste and how to be more sustainable. There will also be a bus tour to Cosgrove Landfill, with bookings essential to get a seat.

Sprouting Around Activity Day
Where: KidsTown Adventure Playground, 7287 Midland Hwy, Mooroopna
When: Thursday, July 6, 10.30am to 2.30pm
Cost: Gold coin donation per person
Come to KidsTown and explore the Sprout Edible Garden, and get active with outdoor games, obstacles and activities, including limbo, bowling, racking sacks, jumbo Lego, giant games and more. The KidsTown playgrounds are also open all day for kids to enjoy.
Christmas in July
Where: Riverlinks Eastbank, 70 Welsford St, Shepparton
When: Friday, July 7, 7.30pm to 9.20pm
Cost: From $21-$30 each
Celebrate Christmas in July at Riverlinks with this cabaret special, featuring a mix of traditional and contemporary carols.

SAM winter holidays activities

Guided SAM kids’ art trail

Kids of all ages are welcome to see the exhibition Dance Me to the End of Love on this guided tour.
Paper Flower Wearable Creations with Becky-Jane Fortin

Designed for ages six to 12 years, kids can learn how to make their own wearable paper creations, including flowers and plants.
Score and Stamp Ceramics with Monique Elliott
When: Friday, June 30, 10.30am to 12.30pm

Kids aged six to 12 will craft and decorate their own functional clay creations.

It’s a Little Big World: Collagraph Prints

Designed for ages four to 10, kids will use line, shape, scale, texture and form to design their own collagraph prints inspired by the current exhibition Little Big, Big Little.
Ceramic Creatures with Monique Elliott
When: Thursday, July 6, 1.30pm to 3.30pm
Cost: $10 per person
Designed for ages 10 to 17 years, youngsters will combine clay with fruits, vegetables and animals to create their own wacky hybrid creature.
