Perizzolo finished the race in 1.24:58, close to three minutes faster than second placegetter Scott Foreman's time of 1.27:32.
Chris Green completed the podium in 1.29:18.
Jessica Cass was the first female across the line for the race, finishing 11th overall in 1.48:58.
Beau Caia took just 51:40 to claim the honours in the 12.5km race, beating 40 other competitors for first place.
Courtney Gronow finished in second place in 54:24, with Calum Curtis claiming third in 55:26.
Karen Griffiths, in sixth overall, was the first woman over the line in 1.01:53, close to five minutes ahead of Anna Druitt in 1.05:27.
Open runner Jonathan Haw was first over the line in the 6.5km race in 26:39, edging out 12 and under competitor Rivers Webb in 28:57.
Open runner Walter Kervin claimed third place with 29:09.
Leah Lacy finished the race in sixth place in 30:40, not only the first female to complete the event, but also crossing the line at the same time as fifth placed Paul Lacy.
On the bikes, Aaron McMaster had more than a four minute advantage against Zae Cobain and Darren Cobain.
Open category rider McMaster finished in 1.15:20, with under 16 Zae second in 1.19:26, a second ahead of Darren 1.19:27.
Rebecca Cladingboel claimed the female category, finishing eighth overall in 1.25:34.
The 25km race was dominated by the veterans category, with John Trist and Graham Bishop finishing the race in first and second.
Trist claimed the honours in 46:11, with Bishop second in 53:28.
Ann Murray rounded out the podium in 55:29.
The young guns were on show during the 6.5km cycle, with the podium made up purely of the 12-14 category.
Jude Palmer finished first in 16:06, Blake Forster claimed second just two seconds later.
Zachary Anthony was third to cross, just eight seconds behind first.
Lacey Ford was the first female to cross the line, finishing fourth in 17:32.
