FIVE of Moama’s finest young cricketers have been selected in the Cricket Albury Wodonga Murray squads for the upcoming NSW Youth Championships.
Archie Teasdale, Rhys Drennan and Oscar Richards have all been selected in the under 14 team.
Oscar Burns has been named as vice-captain of the under 15 side while he will also play in the under 16 team.
Meanwhile, Errol Burns will feature in the under 18 side.
The two Burns boys will have an opportunity to be selected in a Riverina team to play other teams from across the state.
This side will be selected after the CAW Murray under 16 and 18 teams play against other representative sides from across the Southern Riverina.
The opening game of the Youth Championships is set for December 6 at Wagga.
Teams will then play four straight days from December 18-21.
