The event will take place on Sunday, March 14 with a range of competitions to suit participants of all ages and abilities.
They include a half marathon (21.1km) trail run, 12.5km trail run, 6.5km fun run/walk, mini miler for the juniors, 6.5km junior cycle, 25km cycle and 50km cycle.
There is also the option of competing in the events virtually.
Race organiser Jess Holgate said if the need arose due to COVID-19 restrictions being tightened, all events would be moved online.
“We’re looking forward to an exciting day of racing,” Holgate said.
“We will be raising money for the Cohuna District Hospital and its new maternity ward.
“Previously the money raised has helped to buy two specialised chairs for patients in the dialysis and infusion day clinic, and an endoscopy camera for theatre.
“It’s fantastic to think the funds we are raising go onto help people in our community.
“We want to make 2021 as big as possible.”
