And he's played against even more.
Now, Walker and his teammates at the EMUs are on the lookout for some of those former friends and foes to come and join their club.
Walker said he wanted to see the EMUs grow to include more past players from Moama, Tongala and Echuca football clubs.
“In the past we've attracted mostly Echuca United players, with a few from Echuca and a sprinkling from areas like Leitchville-Gunbower and Pyramid Hill, even Cobram and Numurkah,” Walker said.
“But what we would love as a club is to see more of the guys we played with and against at Echuca and Moama and Tonny come and be part of our club.
“It would mean a lot to us to get more people from those clubs involved.”
Club president Justin Voss said the club belonged to the whole football community.
“We wear the colours of our three local clubs,” Voss said.
“We changed the name from the Eagles to the EMUs a few years ago because we want people, no matter where they played in the past, to feel welcome and be a part of this club.
“We just want to see people come and have a kick. There is a bit of a stigma about Masters footy, but when people come out here and have a kick they realise it's still footy.
“When people do come down and have a train they realise how great our club is and that it's a lot of fun to be a part of Masters football, so hopefully some of those players that we've lined up with or against can get down and have a kick with us.”
