James will bring a wealth of experience to the role having played and coached in several different states.
She is also a familiar face in the Goulburn Valley League have played A-grade for Tatura in the 2017 and 2019 seasons.
James was also Moama’s A-grade playing coach when the side took out the Murray League in 2018.
● MOAMA has announced Mitch Hewes as the coach for its under-14 Murray League side for the upcoming season.
The club confirmed the news in a post on its Facebook page which said, “Mitch brings great enthusiasm to the role”.
“Mitch has a great rapport with his young players, and he will focus on enthusiasm, fun and development as he takes on this exciting role,” Moama Junior Football Club president Ben Hearn said.

Local organisations can go into the draw to win the cash by signing up to the Good Sports program before March 25.
Winners are expected to be announced in April, with $1000 to be awarded to a community sports club in each state and territory.
“The Good Sports team is proudly working with almost 10,000 community sporting clubs across Australia and more than 2,000 in Victoria,” Alcohol and Drug Foundation chief executive Dr Erin Lalor AM said.
“More than 2.7 million Australians are so far involved in Good Sports clubs, building a healthier sporting nation. We want more clubs to join the program, so they too can benefit.”
In Victoria, Good Sports is funded by the Australian Government and Transport Accident Commission.
Managed by the Alcohol and Drug Foundation, Good Sports is Australia’s longest-running health initiative in community sport.
Good Sports provides clubs with free tools, resources and practical support to implement initiatives around alcohol management, tobacco and safe transport.
Entries can be completed by the Good Sports website.
● ECHUCA Junior Football Club is set to host a boot swap which will be free to its players.
Old boots are able to be taken to training or dropped off to Charles L King in Hare St with the donations to be made available on Tuesday, March 9.
The program will involve a first in, best dressed policy with boots able to be collected from Vic Park on the day between 5 pm and 6 pm.

Any leftover boots will be donated to local charities.
