WATCH: Echuca celebrate knocking off reigning premier Kyabram

It was 2011 when Echuca last defeated the perennial powerhouse that is Kyabram. Further compounding the Murray Bombers' motivation was its 2019 grand final defeat at the hands of its red and black rivals.

But at Victoria Park today - in what was round three of GVL action - Echuca has successfully slain the dragon.

The Murray Bombers defeated the reigning premier by 20 points in front of their home supporters in what was a win for the ages.
