Dolan scored a stylish 53 as Echuca posted 9-173 from its allotted 40 overs at Victoria Park.
He was ably supported by the Carlile brothers Rory (26) and Easton (21), as well as a breezy 20 courtesy of Jamie Scott which included three towering sixes.
Brett Mundie (3-23) and Noah Mundie (3-28) were the pick of the BLU bowlers.
Despite a hard-hitting 24 from opener Darren Petersen, the Lions never seriously threatened in the chase.

In the Murray division, Echuca South proved the most dominant winner, defeating Leitchville-Gunbower by eight wickets at Leitchville.
