Marshall, widely regarded as one of the best players of his generation, crosses over to the Steamers for pennant duties from metro premier pennant club Deer Park, but the Scotsman is no stranger to Moama.
Marshall has competed for the Steamers in a variety of tournaments, including the Bowls Premier League and the Ultimate Bowls Championship.
The addition of the five-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist was confirmed on Wednesday by Moama Bowling Club, and Marshall said he was excited to get under way.
“I’m really looking forward to representing Moama again in the UBC and also in the pennants,” Marshall said.
“Moama is one of the best clubs in the world and it’s always a privilege and a pleasure playing for them.
“The members are lovely people and they always welcome me into the club with open arms.”
Moama’s pennant season gets under way on Saturday, October 8.
