Moama will face Tongala in the Murray Netball League B-grade grand final after defeating Deniliquin Rams in the preliminary final on Saturday.

Barooga Recreation Reserve saw an initially tense encounter suddenly swing Moama’s way after the first quarter, with the Magpies eventually progressing 56-37.
The first 15 minutes was evenly matched and Deni earned a slight edge, going into the break up 10-9.
But Moama went in to the second quarter firing on all cylinders and a huge 17-7 term saw the Magpies ahead by nine goals at the half.
Not satisfied with its lead, Moama continued to ramp up the pressure on the higher-seeded Deni and was well in control at three-quarter time, leading 42-27.
Little changed in the final quarter and the Magpies advanced to the grand final in dominant fashion.
Moama will now take on the might of the undefeated Tongala in Saturday’s decider.
The Blues were victorious by 14 and 11 goals in the sides’ two regular season encounters, but Moama will have the benefit of the home court, with grand final day taking place at Moama Recreation Reserve.
