The 2022 season fixture was released on Wednesday, with Tocumwal and Rennie scheduled to host matches under lights.
Tocumwal will host two twilight games against Yarroweyah and Blighty in round one and three respectively.
Rennie meanwhile will host the other night fixture, a Thursday night game against Katamatite during the Easter round. Tocumwal and Berrigan will play a Good Friday match that same round.
“It’s on the back of four or five clubs last year that got lights more than capable of playing night football,” PDFNL operations manager Shane Railton said.
“The NSW clubs have got them in the last 12-18 months, or they were in for grants to get them; every one of our NSW clubs will be able to play night football.
“We’ve been working with clubs for some time with some drafts and the ‘final draft’ as such went out last week.”
Round one of the PDFNL’s 18-round season is scheduled for Saturday, April 2, with a round one match-up between 2021’s table-toppers Strathmerton (first) and Waaia (second) set to be the game of the round.
The league general bye will occur over the July 2 weekend.
As for the business end of the season, the league announced the top eight sides would once again compete in finals over a five-week series, beginning in the second week of September.
Following the league’s AGM on November 29, Railton also confirmed the league had posted an operating profit for the 2021 season, despite COVID-19 disruptions and losing the PDFNL finals series.
“Obviously off the back of COVID it’s a pretty good effort,” he said.
“Given we had no finals income whatsoever, which is where the league gains most of its revenue.”
Mathoura, after climbing into the top eight in 2021, kicks off its season against Rennie, while Picola United travels to Berrigan in its first-up clash.
