The first major move for the Tigers’ senior side is the addition of veteran Bendigo Pioneers player Nash Ramage.
Ramage was part of the Pioneers’ overage program in 2024 and joins Rochester from Echuca United in Murray Football Netball League.
In November, the first new signing on the netball side was announced, Abby Rowe to join the Tigers from Wentworth in Sunraysia Football Netball League.
Rowe is coming off back-to-back B-grade premiership seasons with Wentworth and previously represented Shepparton.
As the playing group begins to take shape, the coaching ranks are also forming for the Tigers.
Shortly after the season’s end, Rochy was quick to lock in its under-18 football coaches.
Senior player Bailey Wileman has taken on the duty of guiding the club’s youth, supported by co-coaches Steve Joyce and George Ferguson.
The identities of the club’s netball brainstrust are also starting to become clearer.
After joining the club in 2024, A-grade goaler Tia Webb will be at the helm of the under-17s in 2025, replacing A-grade teammate Ella Roulston.
The A-grade side itself will retain the coaching duo of Rachel Whipp and Linda Rasmussen, who will hope for more consistent access to their star players after an injury-hit 2024.
Kristy Roulston retains her place as B-grade coach, while B-reserve grand final duo Bridgette Holt and Tess Ringin will be hoping to coach their side one better this year as they go again next season, former co-coach Maddy Holt stepping back from the trio this season.
Ava Cottam will be taking the reins of the under-15 side, replacing Anna Oliver in the top job.
