Bureau of Meteorology senior meteorologist Angus Hines shares what's ahead for this week's weather across Australia.
The forecast for Shepparton over the next week is as follows.
Tuesday, July 23 is set to be a mostly sunny day with light winds throughout the day with a minimum temperature of 4℃ starting off the morning.
Top temperatures will reach 17℃ by late afternoon and drop to 7℃ by 10pm.
Wednesday, July 24 is set to see similar conditions from Tuesday with a minimum temperature of 4℃ starting the day off and a top of 16℃ by the late afternoon.
Temperatures will drop to 10℃ by 10pm with light winds throughout the day.
The rain is set to come down on Thursday, July 25 with a 90 per cent chance of rain throughout the day with a possible rainfall of 1 to 6mm.
Light to medium winds can be expected throughout the day.
Despite the wet weather, the morning is set to start off slightly warmer than most days with a minimum temperature of 8℃ before reaching 16℃ in the early afternoon and dropping to 9℃ by 10pm.
Friday, July 26 will see similar conditions with a medium chance of showers with 0-2mm of possible rainfall and light winds throughout the day.
Top temperatures will reach 14℃ in the late afternoon coming from a minimum temperature of 5℃ at 7am and dropping to 8℃ by 10pm.
The weekend will see similar wet weather with a medium chance of showers on both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday’s morning temperatures will see a top of 15℃ by the late afternoon and a minimum of 4℃ in the early morning and drop to 7℃ by 10pm.
On Sunday, the morning will start off with minimum temperatures of 2℃ before reaching 15℃ by the late afternoon and 6℃ by 10pm.
