Bureau of Meteorology senior meteorologist Angus Hines shares what's ahead for this week's weather across Australia.
The forecast for Shepparton over the next week is as follows.
Tuesday, July 30 is set to be a mostly sunny day with fog and frost predicted in the early morning.
As such, the morning will start off with a chilly minimum of -2 by 7am before heating up to 15℃ in the late afternoon and cooling down again to 4℃ by 10pm.
On Wednesday, July 31, fog and frost are expected to return throughout the early morning with an even colder temperature of -3℃ kick-starting the day off.
Temperatures will rise to 15℃ by the late afternoon again, before dropping to 3℃ by 10pm.
The majority of the day will be sunny, which will follow into Thursday, August 1.
Similar foggy and frosty conditions are also set for Thursday, with a minimum temperature of -1℃ expected in the morning before hitting 14℃ after lunchtime and dropping to 4℃ by 10pm.
Foggy conditions are set to slow down for Friday, August 2 but frost is likely to continue in the early hours of the morning before continuing on as a mostly sunny day.
Minimum temperatures will start at 1℃ leading up to 7am with a maximum of 15℃ by lunchtime and drop to 7℃ by night.
However, the weather is set to take a turn on the weekend, with medium showers expected across both days.
As such, Saturday, August 3, will be a cloudy day with a possible rainfall of 0-2mm throughout the day.
The morning will start off slightly warmer than most mornings this week with a minimum of 5℃ by 7am.
By lunchtime, maximum temperatures will have reached 15℃ and dropped to 9℃ by 10pm.
On Sunday, August 4, similar cloudy conditions with 0-3mm of possible rainfall is predicted.
The minimum temperature is set for 5℃ in the early morning, before rising to 14℃ by the late afternoon and dropping to 9℃ by 10pm.
